RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Please note that Morgan Scott Beautyy does not offer refunds or exchanges if you feel the wig does not suit you, or selected the wrong size cap. If you are not sure of sizing please email us but the majority will wear a M measuring at 22.5cm.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their basket before purchasing.

Every order is packaged with extreme care and attention. We do our best to ensure that our items are packaged well to make sure you receive your order in the best condition. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

RETURNS

Refunds or exchanges are only issued if the product is faulty. In this case please comply to the following conditions:

•  If the item is damaged or has defects you must notify us within 7 days of receipt via email enquiries@morganscottbeautyy.com
•  Items Must be returned within 14 days from the delivery  date 
• We will not be held responsible for any returns that get lost in the post, therefore we advise you send using a trackable method
•  Items to be returned in it’s original packaging, ensuring tags and labels have not been removed 
•  Maintenance products cannot be returned or exchanged

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be accepted if you fail to meet our returns criteria stated above

Please allow 1-3 working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect on your account used to purchase the item originally.
